Hoop For a Cure Scores Big

On February 10th, us and the Franklin College ZTA chapter teamed up to put on an event to help a family in need. The husband and the wife are both alumni of Lambda Chi and ZTA. They welcomed in their second newborn about 4 months ago, and before Christmas time, the wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We did a raffle for two gas cards at the Franklin men's game. With the money we raised from the game and the donation from our chapter, we were able to raise over $800 for this family! We are blessed to have this chance to make a difference in someone's life! We would like to thank all who donated and supported this great cause! Also, a big thanks to our Philanthropy chairs from both our chapter and Zeta to help with this process along with all the sisters of ZTA and our brothers of Lambda Chi!
